- We act as a travel service provider/facilitator for wildlife safaris, tours, hotel bookings & more.
- We do not own or operate forest safaris, government permits, or hotels unless specified.
- All safari permits are subject to approval by forest authorities.
2. Booking Policy
- All bookings depend on availability at the time of confirmation.
- Booking is confirmed only after full/partial payment is received.
- Safari seat allocation & zone allotment are controlled by forest authorities.
- Incorrect guest details may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made only through approved payment methods.
- Prices may change due to government fee updates or operational changes.
- Taxes & park fees are charged as per government policies.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Safari permits once booked are non-refundable as per forest rules.
- Hotel/tour cancellations depend on respective service-provider policies.
- Refunds (if eligible) take 7–14 working days after deductions.
- No refunds for no-shows, delays, or unused services.
5. Safari Rules & Guest Responsibility
- Guests must strictly follow forest department guidelines.
- Loud noise, littering, feeding animals, or disturbing wildlife is prohibited.
- Any fines due to guest misconduct will be borne by the guest.
- Entry may be denied without refund in case of rule violations.
6. Wildlife Sightings Disclaimer
No wildlife or tiger sighting is guaranteed. Sightings depend on natural movement and luck.
No refund or claim will be accepted based on sighting outcomes.
7. Travel Risks & Liability
By booking with us, you accept natural risks related to wildlife tourism. We are not responsible for:
- Injury, illness, accident, or loss during travel
- Natural calamities, weather issues, road conditions
- Cancellations by forest authorities
- Issues caused by hotels, transport, or third-party providers
8. Website Usage
- All website content is the property of Explore Wild Journey.
- Content cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent use may lead to legal action.
9. Third-Party Services
We work with third-party hotels, transport providers, and forest departments.
Any issues with their services are governed by their policies.
