  • No refund for: no-show, late arrival, voluntary cancellation after permit generation, or gate closure.
4. Hotel Cancellation Policy
  • Hotel cancellation policies vary per property.
  • Some hotels allow free cancellation within a time period; some are non-refundable.
  • Refunds follow hotel terms; Explore Wild Journey is not responsible for hotel decisions.
5. Tour Package Cancellation Policy

  • Failure to carry valid ID proof
